You have 4 ordering options:

2. Fax Order
3. Call in Order
4. Postal Mail Order
1. Secure Online Shopping Cart:
This is by far the easiest and quickest way for you to place and receive your order. Be assured
that our Shopping Cart is safe and secure. Read more about security.
2. Fax Order:
- You will still shop the online store as usual, only once you click on "check out" and after you log
in you will be sent to your order page.
- Simply print this form out and fax it to 913-273-0481. Please note on your printed order whether
you will be paying by mail-in check (orders will not be shipped until your check is received and
cleared, this usually takes 3 business days after receiving it) or credit card. If paying by credit
card please write your credit card number on your order along with the expiration date, and
3-digit CVV2 Code from the back (4-digit code on front for American Express)
Please note: if the name and address you used during setting up your account is different from
you credit card billing name and address please be sure to write the correct ones on your order.

credit card ready.
