Please read below for our policy on returning items-
items to be returned must be accompanied by an 'RMA' (clever acronym for Returned Merchandise Authorization) Number. You cannot not just make this number up - we have to give it to you.
if one of our products comes to you as defective, the wrong color, the wrong size or is clearly an 'oops' on our part, please contact us immediately for the procedure to get the item exchanged or your purchase refunded.
if the 'oops' was not our fault, we will still gladly accept the return of the item(s) for exchange or refund, but you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us.
note- the above policy does not apply to custom-ordered and/or custom-made products and apparel; we will do our best to help resolve problems, but we make no assurances beyond that.
all items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt - no exceptions
please take as much care in the re-packaging of an item for return, as you expected of us when we sent it to you.
Regardless of the circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can help rectify the situation - we can help with determining the most cost-effective way to get the items returned.
